It can be difficult to dedicate time specifically for aerobic activity. If you can do something you enjoy and have fun at and be fitting in the much-needed physical activity you need throughout the day, you’ll be living a much more effective lifestyle.
Most women aren’t entirely happy with their bodies. If you are one of the few lucky women in this world who absolutely adores her body, kudos to you! Even super models have off days. Just because they look great to the rest of the world, doesn’t mean it’s always easy for them to get in a bathing suit for photos that will be on coffee tables across the world.
You may not realize it, but water aerobics can be a fantastic way to burn calories and lose weight. You would think that you wouldn’t be burning more calories because it doesn’t feel like you are working out as hard as when you are on land, but you are actually burning more calories!
